The parts that aren’t a number
Go over your band? You move up a band.
We never bill you for extra orders one by one. If Starter's ceiling is behind you, next month is Growth — and that is a good month, not a surprise invoice.
We never take a percentage of your sales.
Whatever your band, the price is the price — it does not move when you have a good month. You are billed for software, not for selling.
Delivery is passed through at cost.
You see the rider's quote and you pay the rider's price. We add nothing to it and take nothing from it.
No contract, no notice period.
Cancel whenever. Your menu, your customer list and your order history export in full, on the way out as much as on the way in.
Straight answers
- What counts as a direct order?
- An order a customer places on your Nerugo storefront and pays for. Orders that come to you through anyone else are not counted and are none of our business — a kitchen doing 900 orders a month with 180 of them direct sits comfortably on Starter.
- What if orders don't come?
- Then you have not paid us a subscription yet, and if you haven't reached 50 direct orders by the end of your 60 days we extend the trial another 30 days free. Getting your customers onto the link is our job as much as yours.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Your subscription is the whole of what you pay us; we take no percentage of any order. Card and UPI charges are the gateway's own, at cost.
- Is GST included in these prices?
- No — every price on this page is before GST, and 18% is added on your invoice. The "including GST" figure is shown beside each price so there is no surprise.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, and it is 2 months cheaper: pay for 10 and get the year.
- I have more than one outlet.
- Each additional outlet is 50% of the band price and ₹1,999 to set up. Every outlet gets its own storefront and its own dashboard.
